Sherry's Chocolate Meringue Pie


Make any sweet vanilla custard.  Stir a broken organic dark chocolate bar into the hot custard.  Fill a pre-baked pie crust made from soft white winter wheat.  Add slightly sweetened meringue to the top and toast it in a 300 degree oven until perfect. Cool. Refrigerate. Serve. No worries about waiting for the pie to set.  The thick custard and chocolate bar will set it perfectly in a short amount of time.  It can be made shortly before dinner, and eaten for dessert as long as the chocolate has time to cool somewhat.
